We are holding a "Fun Day" on Saturday 10th May to celebrate the opening of the new Putting Green, which will replace the old bowls green, and also the completion of the resurfacing of the tennis courts. The resurfacing of the courts has been on our list of aims for a very long time and we will be celebrating this achievement in style! The day will start with the car boot sale but the 'Fun Day' will start at 12 noon when the new putting green will be opened by the Mayor of Hounslow, Cllr Andy Morgan-Watts. Entertainment will include THE BIG TEA PARTY, raising funds on behalf of Hounslow Home-Start, putting competition, re-opening of the newly resurfaced and refurbished TENNIS COURTS, fun fair and inflated slides for children, face painting, Bubble Stall, bric-a-brac stall, SUMO WRESTLING (yes, you too can be involved!) Open from 12 noon to 4 p.m. Refreshments available in the Pavilion Cafe.

Cafe Volunteers Linda Massey and Marie-ClareFriends of Boston Manor Pavilion Cafe

The Friends of Boston Manor are pleased to announce the opening of the Pavilion Cafe in Boston Manor Park. The Cafe is open at weekends throughout the year (with very occasional exceptions) from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. The cafe is run on a voluntary basis and we are always looking for more volunteers to share the burden of work, although burden is probably an inappropriate word to use as being in the cafe is a great way of socialising and getting to know the local community.

The Pavilion Cafe can be used for community functions and events or can be hired for private functions. If you would like to hire the cafe, please download a booking form here or contact us for more information by emailing info@fobm.org.uk, or replying on our Reply Form.
