The children's playground area was re-built in 2003 from 106 (a sort of planning gain) money provided by GlaxoSmithKline to
the London Borough of Hounslow as a spin-off from building the GlaxoSmithKline headquarters at the
junction between the A4 and Boston Manor Road.
In West London or the West Country? If you want to sample a taste of the country in the suburbs, take a walk along the
Nature Trail and forget where you are and all your worries. Click on the image for a tour of the Nature Trail.
Enjoy competitive sport or non-competitive? You will find both opportunities here. The important thing is to participate in
what you want as long as it's sport.
The Friends of Boston Manor are pleased to announce the opening of the Pavilion Cafe in Boston Manor Park. The Cafe will be open at weekends throughout the year from
9 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays (with very occasional exceptions).
The cafe is run on a voluntary basis and we are always looking for more volunteers to share the burden of work, although burden is probably an inappropriate word to use
as being in the cafe is a great way of socialising and getting to know the local community. Please contact us for more information by emailing
info@fobm.org.uk,
or replying on our Reply Form.
